some cheap horse power???

my name is eddie and im new here. im abou to purchase my first tbird. ive always wanted one. i was wondering what cheap mods i could use to gain more horse power. i was also wondering what type of chip would be good. oh yeahthe two im looking at are a 95 and a 97. if you have any good ideas please tell me.

also what is a good is a good chip thats not to pricey that will eliminate the govenor. 105 isnt enough
