Rot on Door Posts

I was wondering if anyone here would know if I'd be able to repair the rot under my vinyl roof. I have a '77 bird, and I took what was left of the vinyl roof off. I found that right next to the windshield on both sides it was rotted out. Will I be able to get it repaired? And if I can, how so?
