In answer to my own question, I finally found an intact, undamaged fender for my daily driver 1979 Fort Thunderbird. The fender arrived today and is in good condition; will need preparation before prime and spray. I'd like to pass on the source for the fender; the place is PartingOut.com in Graham, Texas They handle muscle cars, motorcycles, late models and classic cars as well. You can e-mail them at [email protected]. Price and shipping was fair. People handling the order were courteous and helpful. They enjoy meeting the automotive needs of ordinary folk.
