Talking 1 month on 17s

Hi everyone,
I have had my new 17 inch wheels on my 'bird for 1 month now, which is also the exact same time it became my daily driver again (I keep a POS Olds Ciera in the back of the parking lot ... just in case. It hasn't moved yet.) While my car is rolling on a deteriorating suspension (factory rubber components all around) I must say that i would highly recommend stepping up from the 15" rims. My car did not ride too much stiffer (I got used to it within an hour) and the car handles like it's on rails. I now take on on-ramps with a vengence, and I don't slow down on windy roads. The car doesn't lean anymore, either. ANd as an added bonus, The car just looks meaner and sits a hair lower. (maybe an inch from factory) Overall it totally changed the way the car looks and handles without the loss of a smooth cruising ride. I'd recommend them to anyone.
If you were wondering, my combination of wheels tires is 17x8 American Racing Torq-Thrust IIs with 245/45zr 17 Falken ZE502 tires. The tires are discontinued (I got them clearance price), and my next set will be BFG Traction TAs of the same size. If you wanted, you could easily get a larger tire on the rears. I'll get some pics up for everyone to see sometime.
