Front window rubber trim install help

I want to replace the rubber trim that's on the back side of the front window of a two door and seals against the triangle window in the back. It looks like I can just rip out the old one but does anyone have any tips on how to put the new ones in? It looks like a tight fit and I don't want to take out the old one without having a plan on how to get the new ones in. Thanks for the help!

Ben

I've never done one on the thunderbird, but on my 62 f100 that's basically the way to do it. It should squeeze in there, but it will be tight. Hope you don't have chubby fingers.

Thanks for the support! I did them on a cougar a few years ago and can't remember how I did it and these seem tighter than those were. I'll give it a shot!
