ATC- heater/air troubles

Has anyone had any luck making the ATC sytem work properly? The main thing I can't figure out, is how to get vacuum to the heater valve in the off positon

What year are you referencing? Have you check your shop manual yet? This info might help get you an answer..

Thanks, yes I checked out the manual. It's a 69 bird, but the system is complicated, it's tough to go throught it all. I thought the power servo was not testing right, but my NOS replacement didn't pass all the tests either. My big problem is the vacumm to the water valve... no vacuum to close it. The relay in the control box is working when I put voltage to it, so I must not be getting voltage from the power servo. After tearing the servo apart, I am begininng to think the test procedures were errored.
