Cruise control

I am eyeballing a used cruise control set on Ebay but I have not seen one with cruise....questions: What did they use for switches? I don't see them in the picture. Also are they "surgy" or did they hold speed pretty well? Seen a few posts on them being troublesome. Last: Is the servo diaphram still available new? I doubt the one I see is good. My next option would be to put on aftermarket old style but would have to retrofit for whatever factory style switch they used back then. Any pics of the switch(es) would be appreciated

HeadacheGuy,

I had two '66 with cruise control. My recommendation would be DON'T. They did not work well when new.

Yeah, I kinda got that idea. The really bad looking parts on EBAY sold for close to 900 bucks. Glad I didn't bite. Thanks for the input
