Have '64 documents - looking for car owner

While looking through the belongings of my father in law, I came across some original documents from a t-bird that he owned. The documents are the original printed sheet from the dealer showing the options and prices, an original registration card from 1964, and some 1980's polaroid pictures. I’m sure the owner of this car would like to have this stuff. The car is a ’64 with serial number 4Y872138347 originally sold in Salinas, Ca.

I checked the vin number, and it is not listed in the Thunderbird registry.
Perhaps the car is long gone, or if it still has an owner, he/she isn't aware of the Thunderbird registry.
