64 transmission dipstick tube

My 64 does not have a clamp for transmission fill tube. I now have one but cant figure where it bolts to. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

64 transmission dipstick tube

It bolts to the starter mount on the transmission bell housing.

Edit note: My bad on the arrow. I thought that was side view of the starter. It appears to be a view from the bottom. The correct bolt should be the next one up. It actually mounts to the middle of the 3 starter mount bolts.
