Power seat

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the power seat assembly from a '66 T-bird will bolt into a '64?
What about the electrical wiring connections?

Kind Regards

I would expect the seat from a 1966 to bolt directly into a 1964. I would expect the electrical power to be there, especially if the 1964 has power seat.

Yes, The seat bolts right in. If the car did not have a power seat pull the glove box the wire from the harness may terminate there

Am I mistaken or isn't the 66 a 6-way, vs. a 4-way on the 64-65?

I would suspect that the wiring connection from the harness to the seat would be the same, but who knows -- seems Ford is good at making things like this different, just enough to make it a royal pain. I would think you could compare notes in the literature.

Yes, 64/65 are 4 way and 66 6 way. Bolt in is the same and they both just have a power wire and ground. Everything else that has to do with the seat operation is part of the seat itself
