power brake loss :banghead

I have been having problems with my brakes for a long time now. In the middle of my nightly cruise i lost my power brakes. When i got home i checked my break fluid and it was kind of watery. I just had a mechanic "fix" my breaks like 2 weeks ago. If anybody knows how to fix the power breaks on a 64 thunderbird help would greatly be appreciated.

I'm thinking I DO know how to fix BRAKES. Do you have questions on "how to"? Or are you asking me to tell you everything I know? Is the problem ONLY with the POWER portion of the BRAKES?
