Wont Turn Over?? need help with electrical

I recently did an engine swap from one bird to another. I hooked up everything as it should be, but now the engine wont turn over (it ran in the previous car). when I turn the key to the on position i can here a single 'click' coming from underneath the dash somewhere. Eletrical is NOT my expertise. Is there some kind of relay that needs replacing? any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
