Coating on Hood Hinges

I am thinking about taking off the hood hinges and having them replated. They currently work fine and look like black phosphate coating. However, from what I can find out they were originally coated with yellow zinc (cadmium) plating.

Does anyone know what is correct? My plater will do black phosphate, white zinc, or yellow zinc (cadmium) coating.

From what I learned cadmium was factory and black was replacements. How much does your guy charge to replate them? Only suggestion I have would be to make sure all the pivots are good, I had one come apart and the spring will take off
