Post Rear Seatbelts

Need help replacing rear seatbelts on 65 Bird. Unsrewed bolt hoding them in & it only turned a little way. Seems like there is a nut holding them & it is turning too. Can't see the backside of bolt, don't know where it goes through to.

I Think the nut is tacked to the underbody (caged nut) It is probably trying to turn in the cage so I would try using some penetrating oil and let it set for a while to free it up.

Thanks Fordman! I did look under the car & there was the nut holding the bolt. Will either have to raise car high enough or jack it up & take wheel off to get at it. Thanks again.
