Exhaust Manifolds...
Hey, I'm having trouble getting to the the exhaust manifolds on my '65 t-bird. Everyone seems to have had a bit of trouble with these things, so can you give me some ideas on getting to those bolts? I really don't want to have to pull the engine, but if worse comes to worse... Thanks.

Jake,
I just finished installing the right exhaust manifold gasket on my 66. On thr right side you have to remove the starter to get at the rear cap screw. Don't use the stock steel heat shield--use the composit that you can get at Napa. Be sure to have the bright side facing out and use 2 if you are having sealing problems. Good luck, Joe
