390 Timing Chain Cover Leak?

Greetings,
Had my car up in the air looking for a persistent oil leak thinking I'd see valve cover leaks, but found what appears to be a leak near the passenger's side of the timing chain cover behind the water pump. Is this common? I suspect this is a time consuming repair. Any suggestions out there?

Thanks!

I hope you know you can remove the timing chain cover without removing the oil pan....
I would say timing chain cover leaks are not common.

Thanks for the reply. Time chain cover is just my best guess at this point. Engine has 98K miles on it an appears to have never been apart.

Maybe intake manifold gasket dripping down. Clean everything real good then check for leaks and tight bolts

OK. It will be a task since it begins pretty far down back behind the water pump housing. Thanks
