Steering wheel Replacement

I'm trying to replace an aftermarket steering wheel with an original 66 steering wheel. I do not have cruise control. The wires from the horn ring screw into the bottom of the steering wheel. Is there another set of wire to connect to them? What makes the horn blow? Thanks

In 1965 and 1966, the turn signal switch had two contacts that rub against the rings on the bottom of the steering wheel.
