Need Part For Steering Wheel--help

Hi ALL. This time, I'm in need of "some trim"...

I was about to put on the steering wheel's center piece (nose w. t-bird emblem) but after looking at the diagram, it looks as if it is missing a part... it is "C" Shaped I guess to complete the top of the steering wheel---Looking at the horn ring chrome piece, if I install the "nose" I would have a gap at the top of the steering below the "nose"...

let me know if any of you have one to part for cheap. I pay ASAP.
