Identify relay please

I have a relay - C4VF-10B953-A - It has 3 posts. It is attached to a bracket that I was told was attached to the back of the radio. I have looked through all my parts manuals and cannot identify its function or purpose.

Here is a thread from another forum about that relay. As far as everyone can figure that relay does nothing.Vintage Thunderbird Club International :: View topic - Relay ID

If memory serves me right it is an Engineering number, this explains a bit why the part in the Autolite, Rotunda or Motorcraft box does not match the part number on the box itself. Ford had two seperate numbering systems....
