Glass Replacement

Hey guys,
Just bought a 66 town landau, and have been finding a lot of good information on here. Anybody know where i can get replacement glass for a reasonable price? The guy i bought it from apparently got in an arguement with his wife and she busted out all the glass. I found some at a classic car salvage yard close to the house, but they are quoting me $400. Seems like i could find new for not much more than that. Just need front, back, and doors. Vent windows are fine. Thanks, guys

Dan

I have door glass for a Landau and the rear glass. No back windows in the 66 Landau. Also the door glass for the Landau is different from the Reg. Bird. Where do you live. You can pm me if you want

What do you mean by "reg. Bird"? Landau is the same as the Town Hardtop, isn't it?
Also a regular auto glass shop can cut and install new glass for the side windows.
Where do you live? I may have a windshield.. (New one at that!)

Harely, Maybe I'm confused. I thought a Landau only had the glass in the door. That glass has a rounded edge upper rear portion. My 66 conv. door glass has a square edge upper rear portion and also has a rear quarter glass. Did they not also make a 66 hardtop model with the rear quarter glass?

Seems to be some confusion here. There were four models in 1966: Hardtop (like 1964,5), Town Hardtop (with the blind quarter, Landau (blind quarter and vinyl roof, and convertible. Hardtop and convertible had same side glass. Town Hardtop and landau had same side glass.
