Please identify harness.
Can someone identify what this harness is used for. Found on a 64 with the main harness, over the steering column. The relay socket ends near the seat belt relay. The relay for the harness is missing. The wires in the harness are red, yellow, brown and green-white.

When it was with the main harness, it ran through the sleeve on the top of the steering column bracket. It is only long enough for it to follow the main harness and end where the steering column connectors are.
