I need help, please
I recently bought a 64 T Bird and I am having problems with the following:
the problems I have with car is head lights go out and come back on , directionals don't work, blowing fuse, break lights some times don't work, when you hit break front parking light comes on with break lights, other then that the car is fine. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Try checking for any shorts or exposed wires. Exposed wires can touch and create a short.

Need help
The usual problem with the headlights going off and on is the circuit breaker inside the headlight switch. As far as the BRAKE lights (not break lights), you need to check out wiring
