Front discs lock up

I have a '65 'Bird. Lost the brakes. Replaced master cylinder & power boost. Got brakes, but after several applications brakes lock up. Let the car sit 1/2 hr. or so, and they free up. Replaced front calipers. No change... (Probably NOT a problem W/ calipers, but who knows...)
Anybody have some help? Thanks...

Could be push rod adjustment problem -- compensating port not open when brakes released.

are all wheels locking up? If so could be adjustment on rod between master cylinder and booster. Just the rear could be rear hose.
