Power Steering Lines
Hello Everyone,
Just begun my first T-Bird project last week. Actually it's my first ford project as well. I enjoy the simplicity of the 1965 T-bird when working on it. One thing is puzzling me, however. Why does the power steering line route through the firewall on it's ride from the pump to the box? Thanks in Advance Jeremy |

The power steering pump also powers the, get this, hydraulic windshield wiper motor located under the cowl cover. It had me confused when I first saw it too :) It's all described pretty well in the service manual. Get youself one if you don't have one already. It's worth it's weight in gold.
