Engine: Rear main oil seal
I'm looking for feedback: has anyone used the "new" design seals being offered by the various expert suppliers, like CASCO and Larry's?
With the engine on the bench, can I expect satisfactory "standard" seal performance, installed by a qualified rebuilder, or should I go with the newer styles? I am confident in the quality of the rebuilder, w/r/t making sure all of the other finer details are taken care of. |
