door l trim
at the same time i am doing my garnish rails i also touched up my door panels. In the ford trim guide the l's that finish the aluminum trim are stapled to the door panel. Do you suggest the same process as with the garnish rails? If so do you pre drill the l's and with what bit size if you do. Thanks in advance for any help in this area.

I used small stainless panhead sheet metal screws (two top and two bottom) and they worked just find - can't see 'em when your all done! Pre drill so the aluminum does not tear.
