overheating
I had been having some problems with my 56 and some overheating. I tried replacing the thermostat and that did not rectify the problem. I then did some research and on the ctci web site Gil Baumgartner wrote an article about the vacuume advance. I replaced the vac. advance and it has solved my problem. Not to mention given me a great deal more power and pickup. I am glad to see this web site back up and running.

jfhbird,
Many thanks! I found the site and its got some excellent tech articles. Does anyone know why the Arizona Classic Thunderbird site dropped all of its tech articles? I read through them a year or so ago, but didn't download any of them, and now they are no longer listed on the site. |
