windshield washer reservior

Recently purchased 56 T-Bird. ? Where is the windshield washer reservior? There is an extra foot pedal on left side, far up from brake. Have tried it but nothing is coming out of silver heads by wipers. Can't hear anything and can't find the reservior container. Thanks for the help.

There should be a red plastic bag mounted next to the voltage reg. on the left fenderwell. Jim

Thanks for quick response. That's why I can't find it - it's not there. We're finding out that after buying a fully restored vehicle - a lot of little things are missing. Thanks again for your help.
