62' steering gear box

attempting to rebuild, gaskets and seals, when tearing down there were 2 seals on the sector shaft one on top of the other. The exploded view in the shop manual shows only 1 so not sure what is going on. Also there are 5 seal in the kit 4 ring seal and 1 flat seal only see 3 seals in the disassembly. If anyone has experience rebuilding these it would be greatly appreciated, if you shared tips and knowledge.
Thanks
Walter B
