Question Horn, Lights and turn signal Q's

SO, I finaly got my 63 bird and had some time to se what issues it has.

I have tail lights, but they don't glow brighter when I press the brake pedal.

I have headlights, and highbeams.
I have rear turn signals and Dash turn signals lighting up.
The front, I have the Left, but not the right. I checked the bulb on the right and it looks OK, but just does not work (ANY IDEAS ?)

Horn relay makes a "click click" noise when wheel pad is depressed, but no actual honk. Perhaps just the trumpets are bad?

Rear licence plate lights don't work. How do I access them under the bumper and remove/ replace them?

Reverse lights don't work. (have 1 bad bulb) not sure of the other, will replace both and hope it is the problem.

You may need a new brake light switch. You could jumper the leads on the brake light switch (bypassing the switch) to see if the brake lights work. The brake light circuit goes through the turn signal switch. Ypour problem may be there.

Brake light switch would be mounted on the master cylinder on 1962 Thunderbird.

License plate lights: As I recall, these lights are pushed into the hole from the outside. I expect they may be pryed out.

Dave: I just sent you a private message regarding the license plate lights. I think you click on "your notifications" right under the sign in welcome

Dave: I found new license plate lights at AutoZone. Dorman #85808 "shielded license plate light" $ 9.99. Just like the 61-63 Tbird lights.

I got the lights working, but the dash is still out. I pulled the radio out also, and there appears to be a 4 way connector harness comming out of the wiring that goes nowhere, and there is a single and a twin one on the left side of the radio grill inset area. I will take a pic. I wonder if I'm missing part of a wiring harness, or it is cross wired somehow different from previous owner?
