Wheel Spacing
I was just given a set of these wheels and was wondering what everyone else has used to offset the depth of the wheel and what it entails. These are 1999-2001 15" Mustang aluminum wheels. The bolt pattern lines up but the wheel is too deep and drags on the ball joints.

Are you trying to put the wheels on a 1963 Thunderbird? I've not used any Mustang wheels, but I have put wire wheels on a 1966 Thunderbird and they needed spacers. I had no problem. Just added the spacers and put the wheels in place. If you need longer studs, you have another problem.
