Post How do you identify 61-63 birds?

Everyday I drive by a Bullet Bird Hardtop. Just curious if there was an easy way to tell the exact year from looking at the outside.

Thanks,

Michael

Cool

The grille work was also different on each of the years. The 61's grille was a horizontal comb; the 62's was a "waffle iron" pattern; and the 63's was a vertical comb.

Hi Micheal, look at a 63' next time you see one.The front fender has a crease thats runs right down the door, and the shape of the front arch resembles the rear one more closely than on 61 & 62. Chrome hash marks are also on the door on a 63' instead of further back! regards Luke in London England.
