Intercooler install in non-IC turbocoupe

I'm planning to install a front-mount intercooler in my 86 tc. I have an SVO unit ready to put in, but I'm thinking of getting the Volvo unit instead (found a guy in jersey who has several of them for $45, plus the bypass valve).

My question: there is an air line in the tubing that connects the turbo outlet to the throttle body. Once I remove this tubing to plumb the intercooler, to where to I reattach it? To the turbo outlet pipe or the intercooler-to-throttle body pipe? Or somewhere else? George - I know you did the Motorsport IC install - what did you have to do with this line?
