anti-sway bars
Hey, great forum!
Im the new owner of an 86 t-bird elan-5.0 aod. Beutiful car, I love it! Back in my mustang days I acquired a set of 89 gt cobra sway bars, but never used em. Will these stang bars fit in my T-bird? I'm guessing yes, because of the Fox platform, but ya never know! any comments appreciated! |

they should fit. measure the bars end to end and where the bushings mount. i have an 88 gt bar in the garage, they look alike. check a t-bird spec. sheet, the bars from a turbo coupe might be even larger. i used the rear bar off of my 88 gt on my 88 bird, bolted right on. the v6 didn't have rear bar.
