Cool is my cam going to be too much for the big aod?

i got a cam in a trade along with some other parts, and i was wondering if it had too much lift or duration for an aod trans.
i am considering a c4 also though, and the cam is for a 351w...i was told that if i put a big cam in a 351, with the aod it wouldnt last (the aod). i was just wondering...btw, the lift and duration specs are: [email protected] lift@212 int and 222 exh...its a roller cam..i dunno if this is a "big" cam but that what i was told..

You can never have too much cam although you may fall a little short on motor!
