Thumbs up EEC-TUNER

I am thinking of buying an eec-tuner. Does anyone know how to use this to tune an 88TC? I have heard great things about them. I have experience with cars, and computers, just not computers on cars. Any help is most appreciated.

Josh

Try this place, supposedly the best EEC tuners out there. These things are probably expensive so im sure the company would help you out.

Anyone else?

Randy Shiltz developed the EEC tuner for the 2.3T and has some nice programs set up for it. Get it from him, not shiftmaster, they are not as familiar with it as Randy is. He has a pretty stout low 12 sec Merkur that uses it and I have seen dyno sheets from cars using it. [email protected] is his e-mail addy.

The EEC tuner is an interface that hangs off of your car's computer. You can then go in and change fuel, timing, whatever you want with a laptop.
