Thumbs up

The 88TC did not come with a roller cam, use the 94-95 Ranger roller and followers.
I have a large throttle body from Tiny Avenger that makes a big difference in the TC throttle response. If interested I have a stage 3 turbo from Esslinger with an E6 manifold. Full exhaust system as well; 3" DP and 2 1/2" true dual exhaust SS pipes and mufflers.

The Turbo Coupes did not have different throttle bodies. They were all the same on the turbo cars. Alot of people have been using the SC throttle bodies. I THINK they bolt right up, but you'll probably want to check it out to make sure.

Cool

Instead of goinf with the VAF you should switch to a MAF. You can get one from Modern Performance INC. And also, if you can get a hold of Tiny Avenger rumor has it they have an adapter plate that allows you to useearly or mid 90's mustange throttle bodies on the 2.3. Pretty sweet
