Noob with ABS ????
Hi, I have an '87 Turbo Coupe, bought it in '87 with 7000 miles. It now has 223K and still going. (Engine rebuild at 150K) I'm having brake problems and need to know how to diagnose the source. Both ABS and Brake lights stay on and I have almost NO braking at all. Fluid is full and there are no leaks. Can this be diagnosed with an OBD I scanner or is there some other way to tell what's wrong so I know what parts to replace or repair?
My experience with mechanics is more geared towards suspensions and gearing since I do a lot of off-roading in my Jeep. The computer stuff I know is limited to using a scanner and checking codes. Any help would be appreciated. I tried to do a search, but I guess I'm too new to be cleared for that. Anyway, HI to all, glad to have found you. :seya |
