tranny slips????

ok, my car is a 90 SC, supercharged 3.8. Sometimes when i am travelling down the road without pushing on the gas the tranny almost slips out of gear and it revs to about 3200 when i hit the gas a bit, then it engages and jerks the car. What could that be? torque converter, tranny, tranny fluid?? any information would be much appreciated. Also, in OD my supercharger only pulls about 5 psi, it used to do about 12 when i floored it. Any ideas about that either?
