I'm restoring my 65 Tbird HardTop but need know little details about glass, in my car all glass are CarLite Sun-X FM M21, is this tinted, clear or what?
It's FM M21 any code about tint color?
I just looked on a vintage Mustang site and someone said that if it is a Carlite Sun-X, then it is a tinted window. As to what how much tint, I did not see anything about that. I did not see any mention of the FM M21 code. But you may be able to find this info on a classic Mustang site.
I looked at my 66 and it has the same code. It does appear to have a very light tint, kind of a blue hue, but you can't hardly tell unless you look at it with the door open so you can see around it at the same time.
