The window goes down, it sticks and wont go up. Bang on motor with screwdriver handle, it goes back up and sticks there. Bang bang it works, then sticks either all the way up or down. Is it the adjustment screw on end of motor? (whats the spec for that?) Or take motor out and partially disassemble, clean (again). Or look for hand crank setup?

The window motors are problematic. I have the same problem. I purchased a new pass. side and it worked for about two weeks then inter. after. I emailed MAC'S and they will replace it when I can get it out and back to them. They think the prob. lies with corrosion inside. My original did the same thing, when hooked directly to the batt. it works fine. No adjusting screw, I am going to unscrew the side brushes? and spray a bit of electronic cleaner in, I'll let you know what happens.

I would suspect the end play in the armature shaft is too much. Years ago, I had this problem and installed a electrical cut off switch to stop the action before the window got to the very top. I think you are slamming the window up and that causes it to jam.
