Hello everyone,
My Thunderbird is beginning to morph a little more each weekend I head home. The suspension is progressing, and I'm pricing out transmissions. My original intent was to run a t56, but that plan kinda fell through. So now i am planning on running a bulletproof T5 made by G-force (or at least that's the plan right now). My first question is this: can a use a old style clutch linkage and a production bellhousing out of a 85ish ford F-250 to use my t5, or do I need to go all aftermarket? any imput would be great.
My second question is a bit harder: Does anyone have a clutch linkage and pedals out of a 1974 Ranchero? I guess that 74 is the only year for them, And I need a set of factory clutch and brake pedals for my 1978 Thunderbird. If anyone sees them at a yard as well, please contact me either at the forum or at my email, [email protected].
Thanks everyone,
Lee
