Radiator problem???

I have a 65 tbird....was driving it last weekend on a 70 degree day for 20 minutes around town came back home parked it on the street and notice it was leaking...Keep in mind that im a NewBie/Rookie! the radiator was leaking from this area and i had no idea if it normal or what...but it was alot of fluid coming out!....drove it later and it did it again but the temperature guage didnt seem to go up??...any can help?...here are some pictures from the top view:

Drain Valve Leak?

Looks like it's leaking from the drain, the end is smashed causing it to spray, maybe an attempt to make it stop leaking, and the drain is screwed in which I believe means it’s open. It’s early so I haven’t finished my first cup of coffee but I’m pretty sure you screw it out to close it. If it is a bad drain valve it should be able to be fixed.

...So these drain plugs screws off and on the radiators?

No I think they are soldered in. To open them you screw them in and to close them you screw them out. You might be able to stop leaking if you can turn it but usually once they start leaking the corrosion prevents them from closing.
