On the two cast iron power steering brackets I've noticed there are rubber bushings pressed into them where they bolt onto the engine.

This is different from the truck parts that don't have any bushings - assuming passenger cars had them for less vibration/quieter ride.

I did a quick search and haven't found if there are replacement bushings available or if they are serviceable. I would like to powder coat these pieces but can't with rubber bushings in them

.

Thanks - those are for the power steering box. The ones (and there happens to be 3 of them) are on the two power steering pump cast iron brackets. I'll try to get a picture posted of them.

Oops, I didn't read your post carefully.
I found a drawing with them on, part no. 33638. The appear to be unique to 65-66 Thunderbird. They appear to be pressed into the holes in the bracket. I've attached a copy of the page, it's not as good as I hoped, but you should be able to see the detaiils.
Hope this helps

Thanks -

no luck finding it so far.

What manual did that image come from? I don't see it in my shop manual.

It's from the Ford Master Parts Catalog CD.
I also have thee 3 disc set of Dealer Parts Catalogs for 60 to 68, but the discs have become unreadable. Bummer
