No dome light or power locks in my 88?

Any body have any ideas what could be causing the power locks and my dome light to not be working in my 88? I found the fuse block under the dash and checked them all,they were good. Is therte more then 1 fuse block?

Check the visor. There is a wire to the lighted mirror and when it cracks, it shorts out that circuit.
