Hi My name is Andres I am located in So. California a bought a 1955 TBird around a month ago.
This is a very nice site hopefully I will pursue the restoration on the TBird and report as progress is made.
My first questions is: On the plate I was able to follow the plate decoder info. but have the following questions?
Serial # P5 FY 104535
1) Why after the F (Assembly Plant) there is a Y and what does it mean?
bottom part as follows:
40A A A9 LH 017
2) I believe the color is Raven Black is the interior white (trim color)?
3) What does it mean A A9 LH 017 I was not able to find the City LH and I believe the 017 is just a number from manufacture ?
