Holy crapsicle, I haven't logged into this site in 2 years and this thread is still here. 
I had a manual boost controller valve from Ric Gillis. The T3 will push 20 psi easy with a decent IC. It made 206hp and 282 lb ft at the wheels with a fairly stock setup.
