Kelsey Hayes tire pressure

I have had my 62 Sport Roadster one month to the day. I have not taken it out since our part of PA is one big pile of road salt. The rear right tire is looking low but I am not sure what the tire pressure rule is with an inner tube. This is my first inner tube equipped car. Do I go by the tire or is the a tube rule to go by.

I have a 62 with wire wheels but they are reproduction. Has radials and an inner tube and I always keep mine inflated to 36psi, so far 2+ years and no problems.

You may need different pressure for different tires...but can you still get cross-ply tires?
