Hello everybody.I am a new member to this site.I have a quetion maybe you could help me out with.I have a 1991 XR7 cougar with a 5.0 HO w/ an AOD.It is a nice car with 137k miles on it.Problem the transmission is no good.If i keep this car is it feasible to convert to 5spd with SC (pedals,harness cables,etc.)and mustang (trans,clutch)parts

i am also new to this sight but have just bought a 92 lxsport 5.0 that i have been researching alot prior to purchase. i know of a sight that has an artilcle on hoe to convert to a 5 spd.go to tech articles tccoa.com
also coocats.com has alot of info on cougars.
