Hey: You're right about this site. It rarely gets any attention any more. Too bad, too. It was a great place to trade ideas, etc.
I have a 1978 Bird for sale, a Diamond Jubilee, a real beauty.
Tim

not too fond of the diamond jubilee's I like the opera windows :D plus there is a big blind spot without them.. but you know I would still take one if the price was right.

Everyone including myself went to a different message board on the T Bird registry when this one wanted to charge. I come back because it was a really great board./ I am not giving up though. We can make it big, just promote it to other fellow T-Birders, the other board I am on is not as active as this one used to be either.

A board on the Thunderbird registry. T-Bird forum. Most of the guys that were on here went there. I'd like to keep this one active though since I am sure that people run across this one and have no clue about other ones.

found a 79 bird with about 60k original miles and 1 owner :) its alittle in the rough but we will see in the next few days what they are asking for it. it has a 351w and power windows and drivers seat. stay tuned for more in the next few weeks :D

Great..I just signed up for this site..only to find out I gotta go sign up on another site..and I don't even have a car yet! :cry

Pix of your Bird

found another bird that I am not going to pass up. its a 79 grey on grey T-Top thunderbird!!!!

If you do get the Bird, be sure and post some pix. Love to see your latest buys, especially the low-mileage Birds. Still drive my 79 everyday here in Florida. Runs like a top. Tim

I haven't been here in four years, went over to the Thunderbird Regisrty Forum and spend time over at the 460Ford.com forum and the YellowBullet forum. Would be nice to get something going again and I'll have to check out the rest of the forum.

This is the only forum I can find where 77-79 Bird owners actually post. It has been slow. But there are signs of renewed life. New members have recently joined. Old members are checking back in as well. So, welcome back to you. Keep us updated on any work you are doing to your Birds. This type of forum is needed and helpful for Bird owners. Tim

This is the only place I can find as well. Hopefully I can find a good job so I can get going on my Bird again.

Welcome to the site

This is the only place I can find as well. Hopefully I can find a good job so I can get going on my Bird again.

Well, we hope you can join us here on this forum. It is the only forum where 77-79 Birds are discussed and where ideas and helpful information is shared. We all were new to the Birds at one time and it helped to have some old pros get us out of a jam. Hope to see your Bird soon. Tim Florida

I'm going to need all the help I can get with this lol. I have lots of bodywork to do so i'll need some tips on that when I get to it.

Send us pix

Keep us informed as to your progress and needs. Why not upload some pix of your Bird. Tim

I'm going to going to my parents house tomorrow so I will get some pics of it. I need my Ranger to sell so I have room for it at my house then I can get some progress. My only free time is when my one year old is napping.
